Director of Training - Has over 15 years experience in the UK military, the Private Security Industry and delivering training. His experience is these areas gave rise to many situations where conflict management, security and training skills were keenly developed. He has worked on countless military operations ranging from low risk security to hostile environment. Highly experienced and qualified in all areas of training and development he personally oversees all courses from development through to delivery stage. He is passionate about developing new and innovative training methods to ensure our training and courses are always of the highest standard. Head of Security Training - Has worked as a Close Protection Officer and Private Security Consultant for over 20 years and is a highly regarded expert in the fields of Surveillance and Countermeasures. With operational duties in the Middle East, Europe, South America and the Asian continent his protective duties have ranged from high threat armed assignments with corporate clients to members of royalty. MB's vast experience at all levels and his revolutionary teaching methods enable him to take those wishing to enter Close Protection from novice to skilled Bodyguard in a matter of weeks. Close Protection and Security Training Manager- Has been employed at all levels within the Security Industry and has valued experience in every area of Close Protection. Having undertaken countless operations around the world including Africa, United Arab Emirates, South America and also here in the UK the range of duties he has undertaken and experiences he has gained make him an undeniable great asset to our training team. Close Protection & Security Trainer - A former NCO in UK military intelligence with operational experience in Kosovo, Northern Ireland and the Middle East. A seasoned Close Protection officer with experience both at home in the UK and in hostile high risk countries around the globe. The experience gained from his varying roles within Close Protection enable him to deliver the high quality and realistic training we demand from our team. Unarmed Combat and Personal Safety Trainer - Our Unarmed Combat Specialist is a former Military Special Operations Instructor with combat experience in the Balkans and the Middle East. RT has taught unarmed combat to both serving military personnel and to law enforcement agencies. This unique self defence system has been taught around the world to agencies such as the FBI, US Marines, Hong Kong Police, the CIA and within the secret service. This defence system has now been taken to a new level and in conjunction with MB it has been purely designed around the needs of the Close Protection Operative and the hand to hand skills required to protect not only the Principal but the Bodyguard simultaneously. Training & Development Trainers - We have three trainers who deliver our City & Guilds 7303 Preparing to Teach is the Lifelong Learning Sector (PTLLS) & City & Guilds 1886 Conflict Management Trainers courses. They all have a minimum of 10 years experience in delivering our "Train the Trainer" courses and are passionate about passing on their knowledge and skills to our students who want to be able to teach subjects in their own fields and industries. All our trainers have a minimum of 10 years experience in Government Services or Security ensuring that they can share their practical experiences with you, as well as their knowledge. ©
